I have now lived in the countryside town Savonlinna in Savo in Eastern Finland for almost ten years. Savonlinna is famous for it's opera festival each year around July inthe summer. So nowadays my approach to writing has been much influenced by Savonlinna and is somewhat like that of arts: handicrafts (of the elderly and of handicraft lovers), religion, summer cottage life, opera (all try to learn something in that direction) and painting (many people at old age) are typical factors here. I noticed this just now after having been composing pieces of melodies to the spring part of my long text about the seasons http://finnishskills.blogspot.com/2014/11/living-with-seasons.html .
About my texts and me as a writer. And about my upbringing's effect on my thinking skills. (My other texts, for example learntalents.blogspot.com , tell more of my choices of values and good ways of doing etc.) * These texts aim at telling of me as a thinker and a writer, and especially aim at teaching skills and talents. My childhood social environment is told of only to make the readers notice that the individuals are very different, so my thinking and writing work etc is not shared by them.
